They come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, they can be laser cut to an intricate shape, cut to a regular shape, or finished with an overlocked border. You can create your own bespoke design and turn it into a work of art. All you need to do is come us with the ideas and our designers can work it in to a quality, durable, well presented emblem befitting your organisation.
Schools
There is of course the traditional blazer badge which we have been supplying for many years. There are options of woven and embroidered school badges. School badges can be attached to a variety of different articles such as blazers, polos, pullovers, sportswear. Depending on the type of fabric they can be sewn on or ironed on. There are a lot of schools who opt for a separate badge to save the parents purchasing a bespoke garment. School retailers also prefer separate badges as it means they don’t have to stock decorated garments, they can select a plain garment and apply a badge to it.
Clubs
Lynendo's club badges are worn with pride up and down the country to signify membership of a club or organisation. They can be sewn on to team clothing such as football shirts, rugby shirts, and other sports garments or attached to kit bags. Lynendo also supply hand-made gold or silver wire badges for all manner of clubs for their official jackets and regalia. They are popular with golf clubs, football clubs, rugby clubs, cricket clubs and other organisations and societies.
Promotions and Events
An embroidered or woven badge can add great significance to an event or a fundraising cause.
Scouts
Many of the Scout badges, also the cub and beaver badges are for rewards to signify their progress and achievements. There are many variations available in either woven or embroidered styles. Woven badges are sometimes chosen because they show the detail more clearly than embroidered badges.
Military
There are a wide range of badge options available for military and emergency service applications which can be sewn on, ironed on or with a Velcro finish. These also include woven badges and wire badges as well as embroidered badges. There are a wide range of uniform accessories which we can supply. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Security
Our robust security badges can be applied on to uniform to give that smart look to guards and other officers. We have standard designs in stock for application to uniform front or a large rectangular patch across the back.
Fashion
Our fashion badges are typically bright colourful badges cut to shape by laser which seals the border. Mostly they are iron on and came in all sorts of shapes and sizes, colours and finishes. Please see our gallery for some examples. The badges are usually applied to articles of clothing or headwear like baseball caps for example.
Workwear
Lynendo can tastefully design and produce excellent quality workwear badges which are suitable for workwear. This option saves having to stock decorated garments as heat seal badges or sew-on badges can easily be attached.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the colours wash out?
We use colourfast embroidery threads which don’t run and that comply to British standards. To keep your badges looking great and to give them a long life we recommend washing them at 40 degrees or lower.
Is there a set up charge?
No
How many colours can I include in my design?
The average number of colours used in an embroidered design is four or five, however, more colours can be added up to 12 colours.
What level of detail can I incorporate in my badge?
Mainly this applies to lettering and 5mm high can be incorporated. Avoid overcrowding but it really depends what your requirements are. If in doubt send us your design for an answer.
